Pakistan however does not have the strategic depth nor the production detail required to keep up a world class offensive capability. Any retaliation would be completely disastrous for Pakistan. Underdog role suits us, we are great at it. Boasting the top dog capability wont do good for us. So we dont aim for it nor put a claim for it.
