Do you believe that everyone is an artist in their own way?
Not everyone is an artist, nor should they be. Everyone is capable of making art, everyone is capable of expressing their innate creativity in some way, but the practice of actually being an artist is work, it is labor, it is a practice of making that requires intentionality, skill and craft.
Can art disrespectful?

Anyone can learn to become an artist. You just need to work on your skills everyday. Give you craft the time it needs to grow. Even if you can give just 10–15 minutes in a day for improving your art skills, just do it.

Because your art (whatever it is you create) is an expression of your inner self, an outward symbol of your interpretation of either your inner world or your perception of the outer world, then as long as you are creating, you ARE an artist and you are certainly entitled to claim that for yourself.
