Yes, you can fill form of JEE Mains. If you qualify in JEE main then you have to take TC from B.Sc. Then only, you can take admission in any of the engineering college. There are 3 attempts for JEE Mains and 2 attempts for JEE Advanced.

Can a BSC 1st year student give JEE mains?
