Can I participate in Nsep individually?
The National Standard Examination in Physics(NSEP) follows a very convenient registration process so that candidates from all across the country can easily participate in the examination. Candidates can either register individually on their own or can register through the education centres.

NSEP. The examination is intended for students in 9th,10th and primarily, the 11th and 12th standard. Students who have passed Class 12 are not eligible to enrol for NSEP. Besides, they must satisfy the age criteria for IPhO (Less than 20 years of age on June 30th of the year of the respective IPhO).

Who can give Nsep 2021?
The applicant must be living and studying in India since November 30, 2019, or earlier. Students must not have qualified the class 12 board exam before November 30, 2021. The applicant must not have started or planning to start studies in a university or equivalent institution by June 1, 2022.
Can an open school candidate write the NSEP exam?
No, open school candidates are not eligible for NSEP Exam.Yes. You can write it in class 10. Although, Classes 1 through 12 will have same paper. So, the topics include mainly class 12 and 11 topics which you should be comfortable with.
What does NSEP mean?
National Standard Examination in Physics (NSEP), conducted every year since 1987, has become the most ‘visible’ activity of IAPT. It is a voluntary examination. More than 2,00,000 students at about 1,500 centres appeared in this examination. A number of them are in towns and villages also.
How can I Register in NSEP?
There is only one way to register in NSEP; that is via school. You have to ask your school to register you in NSEP. We requested you Physics Teacher to register our school then we collected money from all interested students from class 11th and 12th.And gave it to our Physics teacher and he paid money through his bank account.
