Can I take the ASVAB without a recruiter?

You have to be sponsored by a military recruiter to take the ASVAB. However, you are free to talk to other branch recruiter until you sign your enlistment contract. I recommend you do talk to at least two branches… as most branches will have same or similar jobs as other.
