No, you cannot board the train with a Remote Location Waiting List(RLWL) ticket. Once the chart is prepared, all the Waiting list tickets which are booked through IRCTC, will be automatically cancelled by the Railway booking system and the fare will be refunded.

Will RLWL 20 get confirmed?
