I say that anyone can learn math; but I do not believe that anyone can learn it as it has typically been taught. Most of us only know math as rules about numbers, and problems on a page. But much of math is very visual; it can be understood in shapes, images, stories and patterns.

You can’t learn to be good at math if you weren’t born with it. it’s like asking if you can make your iq much higher than it ever was. It’s not impossible but most the time you have to be born with it.
Is it possible to do well in math without innate talent?
That being said, even the people in my class with no innate math talent were able to grasp the material through hard work. So, even if a concept in math doesn’t make immediate sense, you can still work through it if you want to succeed bad enough. You’ll be fine. Just keep at it.

Those who were good at maths became our ancestors, because they were the ones who survived. And those who are good at maths today will survive the urban jungle of the modern world, because they have the best tools to plan for the future.
