Yes. It’s okay. You can stop using a smartphone, and you’ll be better off for it. At the end of 2018, I decided to spend 2019 as a year without any cellular technology. I don’t use a smartphone, or a tablet, or a smartwatch, or any such thing. I canceled my cellular service completely so I wouldn’t be tempted to pick it up.
