Does Arlo connect to base station or router?
To connect your Arlo SmartHub or base station to the Internet: Connect the SmartHub or base station to your router using an Ethernet cable. Note: You must connect the base station to your router before you power it on.

Ususlly the blinking blue led on the camera means that the camera is trying to sync with the base station if it is blinking slowly and a rapidly blinking blue led means that it has synced. It should go off after a couple of seconds once it has synced. Are your cameras working normally? You may have a range issue.

Do you need the Arlo base station?

If all three camera’s are showing offline please consider the following troubleshooting steps: Ensure your base station is online (Power LED and Internet LED solid green) Bring the camera close to the base station and power cycle it by opening and closing the battery compartment.
