After Kakashi used Kamui on Dedera, Dedera’s arm was laying on the ground and Kakashi’s and Guy’s team left the arm behind, probably forgot about it because of the explosion of Dedera’s clay clone. Then after Kakashi and Guy left with their team, Kakazu reattached Dedera’s arm back on.
