How does the leveling system work in Skyrim?
Leveling in Skyrim is based on leveling up the individual skills. No experience is given for killing enemies or completing quests. Every time a skill goes up in proficiency, it progesses your character’s experience bar by a certain amount, depending on how high the skill level is.
