You can move to Sikkim, do business or trade but can not buy property in rural areas. You can take up Central Government jobs but State Governments jobs are only for Sikkimese. Article 371-F of 1975 ensures Sikkim descendants’ rights are protected. Yes you can but you cannot buy a house.
