Well.. the PSU fan might spin at 40\% instead of 20\%. Clearly you haven’t got the memo. Some 3080’s actually do pull more than 450W.. The OP never said what 3080 they were thinking about getting. So to blindly say a 650W PSU is fine is not good advice.
