book gets you a level better than JEE ADVANCE. it’s tough for beginners of inorganic chemistry but definitely charging for someone who has gone through basics of periodic properties ,chemical bonding and salt analysis. I personally like and prefer that book but only if you already have basics of inorganic chemistry. 2.

Although JD Lee is a good book in terms of knowledge and explanation, but for your purpose of JEE, O.P. Tandon will suffice. It is more in coherence with the JEE Pattern of questions. If you work at a time constraint, the OP Tandon would be more suitable as compared to the former.

Best of Luck for your preperations. JD LEE is a very beautifully written book for inorganic chemistry and it can make u fall in love with inorganic chemistry but its not written solely for JEE,so some topics are out of syllabus plus it doesnt have much questions from JEE point of view.
