Is screen damage covered under warranty laptop?
The LCD glass on the display is manufactured to rigorous specifications and standards and will not typically crack or break on its own under normal use. In general, cracked, or broken glass is considered accidental damage and is not covered under the standard warranty.

Does opening laptop void warranty ASUS?
Opening it and even performing upgrades should not void any warranty, manufacturer or otherwise.
Does changing RAM void warranty Asus?
No, it will not void your warranty. There is a removable panel on the bottom that covers the 2 drive bays and the second set or RAM slots. You can remove the drive and swap it, add more RAM and change out the optical drive without voiding the warranty.
Does opening back of laptop void warranty Asus?
If you just open the panel on the underside of your laptop to install RAM (and I’m assuming you have a G751) it’s a user-servicable area so opening it won’t affect your warranty.
What is included in the warranty for Asus products?
General ASUS warrants the Product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period. The Warranty does not cover bundled accessories, which were delivered together with the Product such as: cables, bag, mouse etc.

Customer shall be responsible for any and all freight costs associated with sending in your product for service, and ASUS will cover the freight cost of shipping back to the customer after warranty service and/or repairs are completed.
Does the warranty cover the monitor included with the motherboard?
The warranty does not cover any monitor, batteries, free or special bundled accessories, which may have been delivered together with your ASUS Motherboard.
