Is there an ombudsman for AusPost?
The Postal Industry Ombudsman (PIO) investigates complaints about Australia Post, and some other postal or courier operators. Any complaint to the PIO must be made within 12 months of the action which caused the complaint. The PIO service is an extension of the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
