As we all know that nearly 2 lakh students give BITSAT every year to enter one of the most prestigious universities of India-Bits Pilani. Bits pilani with nearly 2000 seats (including all campuses) offers two types of degrees-B.E and Msc (Dual degree).

How many first degree courses are there in bits Hyderabad?

The offered degree programs include 8 Professional courses, 5 Integrated MSc. courses (Group B) and 3 Integrated MSc. courses (Group C). Some meritorious students may opt to do more than one first degree programs under Dual Degree Scheme. The normal input is First Degree from BITS or its equivalent.

What was your first dorm experience at BITS Pilani like?

As mentioned in my other answers, BITS Pilani was my first dorm experience, and I have to say it was a pretty good one. Let me begin with my journey to Pilani, because I find it worth mentioning. My flight landed at IGI airport, Delhi. It was around lunch time. The second leg of our journey (I had come with my dad) was by taxi.

First, dual degree in bits is quite different to that offered by IITs and other colleges Students having Msc courses in the first year are offered B.E. Degrees at the end of first year on the basis of CGPA . Students with dual degree generally end up with 2 degrees in 5 years of their college life.
