IITB, IITM and BITS Goa have a warm and humid climate throughout the year, whereas BITS Pilani, BITS Hyd, IITK have extremes and are very dry. I generally prefer the former because in case of the latter, it becomes quite difficult to wake up in winter mornings and attend lectures (or do any activity, for that matter).
