What lug pattern is a BMW?

Will a 5×114 3 fit a 5×112?
These bolts will also work as standard lug bolts if you plan on swapping wheels often. Say you want to pull off your 5×114. 3 wheels and put back on your 5×112 summer or track tires, you can still use these same bolts!
