There are probably a few reasons. Firstly, it is inconsistent. Seasons 1, 2 and 5 are accepted by most people as Arrow’s best seasons, while 3,4 and 6 are thought of as the worst. Many people may dislike the show because of its drop in quality and then stopped watching after just giving up on it.
